DayOnePros is an operations consultancy operated by Carol Leung, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We help small business owners build systems that take the admin off their plate, from automated follow-ups to workflow design and process improvement.

- Deliver free resources you've requested (calculators, guides, etc.)

- Schedule and conduct scope calls
- Improve our website and understand what content is helpful
We will never use your information to send unsolicited communications. All email communications require your explicit opt-in consent.
4. CASL Compliance
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). This means:

Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages and does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Third-party embeds (such as YouTube videos) may set their own cookies according to their respective privacy policies.
7. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored in Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive), which are hosted on Google's servers. Google maintains industry-standard security certifications. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications or until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe, we will retain only the minimum information needed to honour your unsubscribe preference (your email address on our suppression list).
You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing carol@dayonepros.com.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Unsubscribe from email communications at any time
- Withdraw consent for data processing

Our website and services are designed for business owners and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
